Sidewalk leveling that removes trip hazards
It doesn’t take much of a lip to catch a toe. ADA standards for businesses and public walkways only allow a 1/4-inch vertical change, about the thickness of a pencil, before it has to be beveled or fixed. If your walkway has dropped an inch, that’s four times that. We lift sunken and tipped sections back flush with the slabs around them, without breaking out a single slab.

Why walkways become trip hazards
Walkways are thin slabs laid over soil that was often loosely packed when the house was built. Downspouts and sprinklers wash that soil out a little at a time, and individual slabs drop or tip.
Sometimes the soil washes out completely and the slab is left bridging over a hollow. It feels fine until it cracks. Foam fills those voids and lifts the slab back to level in one step.

What customers say
“Side walk had sunken about 2″ and was lifted to its original position. Work crew was on time, professional and did a very good job. Job site was left clean.”
“Great job on leveling our sidewalk. Now I don’t have to worry about the kids tripping on Halloween.”
“I had a walkway with a cavity underneath — was like an unintentional bridge. The guys came and filled the cavity. Showed up on time, were polite, and finished quickly.”
Sidewalks & Walkways FAQ
How long does it take?
Most walkway jobs are completed within a day. If we seal cracks, you can walk on them in about 4 hours.
What if tree roots pushed the walkway up?
We can usually fix it without tearing anything out, often without cutting the roots. See how tree root repairs work.
Do you fix sidewalks for HOAs and businesses?
Yes. See commercial & HOA for sidewalk trip-hazard work.
Will the repair look patched?
No. We lift your existing slabs, so they still match. Only the small injection holes are patched to blend in.
