Interior slab leveling for slab-built homes
We’re not a foundation repair company, but we can lift and level interior slabs in a lot of slab-built homes. Every house is different, so we’ll need to take a look first and give you a straight answer on whether it’s a good fit.
Floors that have settled on a slab
In a slab-built home, the floor is a concrete slab sitting on the ground. Just like a driveway or patio, the soil under it can settle or wash out, and parts of the floor can sink or tip. When conditions allow, we can lift those sections back toward level with the same foam process we use outside.
That can include rooms where the floor has dropped, sunrooms and additions built on a slab, and garages that have been finished into living space.
What we don’t do
We don’t do structural or foundation repair, and we won’t promise that lifting a slab will fix anything beyond the slab itself. If what you’re dealing with is a foundation problem, or your house sits on a crawlspace, we’ll tell you, and that’s a job for a foundation specialist.
Before and after
Settled slabs often show up as gaps: under the baseboards, at the trim, or between a countertop and the wall.

AfterInterior slab FAQ
Are you a foundation repair company?
No. We lift and level concrete slabs. For some slab-built homes that includes the interior slab, but we don’t do structural or foundation repair.
Will lifting the floor fix the cracks in my walls?
We can’t promise that. Cracks in walls and drywall can have a lot of causes. We’ll tell you honestly what lifting the slab can and can’t do for your house.
Can every interior slab be lifted?
No. Every house is different, which is why every interior job starts with an assessment. If it’s not a good fit, we’ll say so.
What about my flooring?
It depends on the floor covering and how the house is built. We’ll go over what’s involved before anything starts.
