Garage floor leveling and repair
Garage floors settle like any other slab: sections sink, joints get uneven, lips turn into trip hazards, and cracks open up. We lift the sunken sections back into line, fill the voids underneath, and seal the cracks. If you’re planning a floor coating, it’s the step that makes it last.

Why garage floors settle
A garage slab carries the weight of your cars every day, and the soil under it can wash out or compact over time, especially near the front where water collects. When that happens, sections sink and tip, joints go out of line, and cracks open up.
Lifting the low sections brings the floor back into line and gives you a sound, level slab. Sometimes settling also opens a gap under the garage door; lifting can help with that, but how much depends on the floor and the door. That’s something we’ll look at during the assessment.

Garage Floors FAQ
Can you level a garage floor before it’s coated?
Yes, and you should. Coatings crack along any slab that moves or isn’t level. See garage floor coatings, launching December 2026.
When can I park in the garage again?
Plan on about 24 hours if we repair cracks, which most jobs include. We’ll confirm for your job before we leave.
Will you need to move things out of the garage?
We need clear access to the area we’re lifting. We’ll let you know exactly what to move when we schedule.
