Pool decks sit on backfill that settles and gets washed out by splash-out and runoff. Slabs drop away from the coping, crack, and become trip hazards for wet feet. We lift them back, fill the voids, and repair the cracks, working carefully around the coping, skimmers and steps.

Why pool decks settle
The soil around a pool was dug out and backfilled during construction, so it keeps settling for years. Add water from splash-out, rain and the pool itself, and the deck loses support unevenly.
We lift the deck in small, controlled steps so slabs come back into line with the coping and with each other. Then we seal the cracks and blend the repairs into the surrounding deck.
Worried about your liner? A lot of pool owners are. Our PRO LIFT system lets us lift the slab first and then control where the foam travels, so it stays under the deck and away from the liner and pool wall.

Will the foam get behind my liner or mess up the pool wall?
It’s a fair concern. We’ve lifted a lot of pool decks over the years and have learned how to control where the foam goes so that doesn’t happen. A big part of that is our PRO LIFT system, which lets us lift the slab first and then control where the foam travels.
Can the crack repairs match my deck?
We dress crack repairs with sand for a close color and texture match to the surrounding deck.
Do you resurface or coat pool decks?
Pool deck coatings are coming in spring 2027. See pool deck coatings to get on the list. For now we level and repair, which is the first step before any coating anyway.
