Sunken or cracked concrete? We lift it. We seal it.
Slab Science lifts sunken driveways, sidewalks, porches and pool decks back to level with polyurethane foam, then seals the cracks so water can’t get back underneath. It usually costs a fraction of tearing out and replacing the concrete, with no demolition and no new pour.

Level in hours, not weeks
Free assessment
We measure how far the slab has dropped, find the cause, and give you a clear price.
Small injection holes
We drill a few small holes through the slab. No digging, no jackhammers, no heavy equipment on your lawn.
Foam lifts the slab
Our PRO LIFT system injects structural polyurethane foam. It fills voids, firms up the soil underneath, and raises the slab back to level.
Patch and done
We patch the holes, repair any cracks, and clean up. Most jobs are completed within a day.

Why lift instead of replace?
If the slab itself is in decent shape, lifting it is usually the faster, cleaner and cheaper way to fix it.
| Foam leveling (Slab Science) | Mudjacking | Tear out & replace | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | A fraction of replacement | Less than replacement | Highest |
| Time | Usually one day; sealed cracks are ready for cars in about 24 hours | Plus time for the slurry to cure | Days to weeks, plus curing |
| Mess | A few small holes | Larger holes and wet slurry | Demolition and heavy equipment |
| Weight on your soil | Very light foam | Heavy cement slurry | New, heavy concrete |
| Looks | Your original concrete | Your original concrete | New patch that won’t match the rest |
What our customers say
“Slab Science was able to do the lift for less than half the replacement cost — huge savings. As a retired engineer, I was all in on their tools and processes for lifting the concrete.”
“I thought I was going to have to tear a $16,000 wall and concrete patio apart to redo it but they fixed it for just under 3k… it looks great!”
“…raised a 45ft slab 4 inches on the outer edge without disturbing two skimmers… it has 100% held up for nearly 3 years now like it was done last month.”

Common questions
How much does concrete leveling cost?
It depends on how much concrete needs lifting, how far it has dropped and what’s underneath. Leveling usually costs a fraction of tearing out and replacing the slab. We give free, no-obligation estimates.
How long does the work take?
Most residential jobs are completed within a day. The foam sets in minutes. Sealed cracks can take foot traffic in about 4 hours and cars in about 24 hours, and we’ll tell you when the area is ready.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Our work comes with a 3-year warranty.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available. Ask about it when we give you your estimate.
Will I be able to see the holes?
The injection holes are small, and we patch them to blend with the surrounding concrete.
