Driveway leveling without the tear-out
Driveway slabs settle where the soil underneath washes out or compacts: at the garage, along the edges, and where the driveway meets the walk or the street. We lift the sunken sections back into line and seal the cracks, using the concrete you already have.

Why driveways sink
Driveways carry the most weight of any concrete at your house, and they shed a lot of water. Rain off the roof and the driveway itself washes soil out from under the edges and joints. Once a section loses support, every car that drives over it pushes it a little lower.
The result is a lip between slabs, a gap at the garage, or water that pools and runs the wrong way. Lifting the slab back up restores the support, closes the gaps, and gets water moving off the concrete again.

Driveways FAQ
When can I drive on it?
The foam sets in minutes. Sealed cracks can handle foot traffic in about 4 hours and cars in about 24 hours, and most driveway jobs include crack repair, so plan on parking somewhere else for a day. We’ll tell you before we leave.
Will the lifted section match the rest of the driveway?
Yes. It’s your original concrete, so it matches. Only the small injection holes are patched.
My driveway has cracks too. Can you fix those?
Yes. We usually seal cracks in the same visit. See crack repair.
